Terms and Conditions of Service

The following Terms of Service apply to all products and services provided by Branded By Wavy X  Limited Liability Corporation.  All work is carried out by  Branded By Wavy X LLC under the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and

conditions.

The Service is directed to adults and is not directed to children under

the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.

Payments

Branded By Wavy X processes payments through our website. ALL payments must be paid in full for all design projects to begin. All custom invoices must be paid by the due date for the initial price to be honored. Once the payment is received the design process will begin.  Under special circumstances some parents can be accepted through third party providers such as Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.

Refunds

Branded By Wavy X Limited Liability Corporation does not provide refunds for any design services under any circumstance once design work has started. If a customer is unsatisfied with our services, we are more than happy to accommodate them by making revisions or providing a credit towards future services. Credits are not guaranteed.  When a design project starts and design time has accumulated, refunds are no longer applicable. Having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client/ customer in the turnaround time frame given (Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects.

Due to the nature of the services offered, all services

are non-refundable. You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase on brandedbywavyx.com

Cancellation/ Restart (Ghost) Fee

Our ability to complete a project on time depends on everyone's ability to stick to a timeline. If a project pauses more than 10 business days, we charge a restart fee ($40) to pick up where we left off. If client deadlines are more than 10 business days late, the Restart fee will be sent, and work will commence one that fee is deposited. We take our own project deadlines seriously, and our clients need to have the same level of commitment to their project for it to run smoothly and be successful.

Customers are able to cancel services for any reason but a

refund will not be issued.

 

If Brandedbywavyx.com decides to refuse/cancel a service

with a buyer, they will be accommodated accordingly.

 

Brandedbywavyx.com has the right to refuse or cancel

services under their own will.

Communication

Communication is through email only. Under special circumstances. The response time for emails and messages is between 24- 72 hours. The response time could be longer due to a high volume of requests.

Revisions: Once the service is completed

eFlyer/Custom Content: You’re allowed two revisions. Any changes beyond that will incur an additional fee. 

 

Web Design: 48 hours to request revisions upon receipt of draft. Each draft can undergo up to three rounds of revisions. 

 

Logo: For the selected design option, 3 major revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond the initial 3 will incur an extra fee. If no option is selected, revisions will only proceed after receiving specific inspiration or direction. Up to 2 rounds of concepts will be delivered. A third and final round, if required, will 

only proceed after full payment of the outstanding invoice  

 

Inspiration: Before any changes are made, you must provide inspiration to the designer. Any changes made after that will incur an additional fee. 

 

Revision Bounds: Any additions or changes to the text or verbiage within your free revision bounds count as a revision. Adding a texture, background, or pattern that doesn’t alter the layout of the design won’t count as a revision. If you request a complete rework, you must relinquish the inspiration to the designer before receiving proofs. A rework fee will be charged to the client in such cases.

Turnaround Time

We work diligently to deliver services promptly. However, turnaround times could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volume, personal emergencies, health problems and more. Turnaround times does not begin until buyer has provided us with required information to begin service.

Will I be updated throughout the design process?

Branded By Wavy X LLC stands by a "No disturb" clause, during the design process it is important for the client to understand that the designer works best in a non disturbance atmosphere. You will receive your first preview on the 10th business day when your order is due (for regular orders)

I don't have an idea yet, can I still book with you?

We 100% recommend waiting until you have all details for your design before booking, it makes the process flow and eradicates extra revisions.
